Mr. Becker is a Certified Industrial Hygiene Manager and the founder of Pegasus Cleanroom Services. He is the executive in charge of all services performed for clients and has extensive experience and knowledge in the overall maintenance of controlled environments as well as general building service contracting and business management. Mr. Becker holds a certificate in Cleanroom Management from the Parenteral Drug Association and sits on the IEST RP.18 Committee. Mr Becker’s responsiveness, professionalism, flexibility, and attention to detail are what clients admire most about working with him. He believes that there are two essential ingredients to employee motivation, pride, and enthusiasm, and engages in many practices to personally recognize the individual contributions made by his employees.
